How to start
From DESIGN YOUR CABLE simply choose: Fiber, Copper or Telco to be directed to a special page to start configuring your cable assembly. (Pop up photos and descriptions will appear when hovering over certain words or headings. Products may vary slightly from photos shown.) Choose cable length, quantity, connectors, cable type, etc. to build your assembly. Click calculate price to see the price and description. If you choose incompatible components a no match will appear in the cable description. When you are satisfied with your assembly just add it to your shopping cart. If you choose labels, you can view or edit the label by hovering over label in the shopping cart description. When you click Check Out you will be instantly told the estimated ship date, which is usually within 24-48 hours.

After your purchase is made you will receive a confirmation email that is your receipt. You will receive an additional email when your order is shipped with a UPS tracking number.

From My Account you can check the order status through production and shipping stages. You’ll also be able to view previously ordered cable assemblies making reorders a snap.

Return policy, we will only accept returns if our cable assemblies are improperly made or defective. Due to the fact that our cable assemblies are custom made, we are sorry that we can’t accept returned assemblies that are incorrectly ordered.

*Cable assemblies damaged through misuse or that are improperly deployed, will void the warranty.
